 Very Nice and Room For ImprovementApr 09, 2008
This is a very good product. The shelf itself is classy looking enough and easily adjustable. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. My only suggestion for improvement, just in case any manufacturer is reading this, is to make the base a lower profile, so the unit can slip under un-reclined chair better. Perhaps they could rearrange the base's configuration, so as to make it more agile around the usual chair/furniture obstacles. Not sure how, but anyway, great product.

I bought it, it came very quickly, and almost assembled itself. I recommended it to a nurse, who does her charting at home on a laptop. She bought one and likes it alot. No shipping problem. It may be that there are quality control issues at the manufacturer.

Great cart, works for lots of things.Feb 13, 2008
I have had this cart around a month now and use it daily. The only thing I can think to warn you about is if you have a high bed it will not work well if you intend to use it for that.
I do wish the larger part of the table extended out further and the adjustable nobs were round not T-shaped but these are minor issues. I enjoy the product, I am just being picky.

This is the greatest thing since peanut butter. I am handicapped and cannot balance a laptop on my lap. This is wonderful! I can sit on the couch, lie on the couch or sit or lie on the bed and operate the laptop with the greatest of ease. Everyone with a laptop should have one of thiese. It is mobile and can be rolled anywhere. Try one and you will be delighted!

The product looked great when it first came, but within a couple of months, it sagged so that it tilted to the left. It was too late to return at that time, as seller accepted return only within the first 30 days, and even then deducted a large "restocking fee". I would not do business with them again, nor would I buy any product from Ameriwood again.
