 Shipment Arrived with Glass Doors in PiecesAug 29, 2008
The glass doors of this TV base arrived in a thousand pieces. Rest of unit was fine. Thought maybe Bush could just resend the glass doors. Contacted Amazon who said they would have Bush contact me within 2-3 business days. Long story short, even after contacting Amazon several times and each time they assured me that a Bush representative would call...Bush never contacted me after two weeks!
Amazon was very understanding offered to have the unit picked up and returned or replaced at no additional charge. I declined to replace the Bush furniture....rather wanted to go with a company that cared about its product and customer satisfaction.

I was very happy with the delivery. The UPS guy wasn't all that happy about helping me carry it into the house though 136lbs. You will need help carrying it. Set up was easy, and the product is solid. Looks great with my new black 40" Samsung and home theater. Love it!!!
