 Coleman Overnighter Space Saver Air BedJun 05, 2008
The frame for this cot collapses if moved even slightly. Not at all suitable. However, this company, Bargain Outfitters, is FANTASTIC. When I discovered that it collapsed, I contacted them and they allowed me to return it. I would purchase from them again.

 Variable in quality - but great if you get a good oneOct 04, 2007
I just purchased two of these overnighter beds for my husband and son to use when camping.
One of them was fine - it stayed set up and was completely quiet. It was easy to set up, easy to blow up the air mattress, and the detachable cover was nice for holding the air mattress onto the cot. I liked this style of bed with the rounded leg supports rather than the individual legs which I was concerned would damage the floor of the tent.
The other one had problems. I think the fabric was stretched too tight. It didn't want to stay opened up - it tended to want to lift up a little in the middle hinge. And it was NOISY! It was particularly noticable when compared to the first one. If you stayed completely still it was fine, but if you turn over or move around while sleeping, it would be really annoying!
I've ordered two more, and will keep the best one and return the defective ones. I'm definitely anxious to get at least two good ones, because we are looking forward to getting up off the floor and getting some much-needed storage space under our bed.

Comfortable and EasyJul 31, 2006
We purchased more than one type of cot so we could see which was easiest. We have a B & B. This one is stable, easy to store, and you can blow it up without a pump if you need to. It is easy to deflate and restore. Good deal for the price.

We've used this cot, both with the air mattress and without, and it is so noisy! When you move while you are sleeping the material on the cot pulls against the metal frame and makes so much noise that it wakes up you and whoever is in the same room or tent with you. I suppose the cot gets the job done. You have a somewhat comfortable place to sleep. But waking up everytime you move does not make for a restful night. I'm almost tempted to write to Coleman and see if they've had similar comments about the cot.
