 Beautiful Piece of Furniture for the money!Oct 20, 2007
We love this console table. It's a perfect size for our smallish entryway. Not too big, not too small. The only problem we found with it was that there were a number of places on the inside of the side boards where the stain either never adhered or was rubbed off. Otherwise it was fairly easy to assemble and looks beautiful.

We love our new console table! It arrived in a very large box so make sure someone is home to receive it but it was easy to put together and it looks beautiful!!! I highly recommend this piece!

Well, we're impressed. For an inexpensive piece, this is really quite nice. First off, we could not believe how fast this shipped to us. My wife ordered it on Saturday evening and it was in our home office by noon on Tuesday of the same week - incredibly fast shipping. It arrived by FedEx and was well packed with no damage at all.
We are happy with the quality considering the price paid. Let's face, we're not talking fine furniture here. For fine furniture, you would add a zero to the end of the price tag. So, considering it's low price, we weren't too sure what to expect and we find ourselves pleasantly surprised.
The table is very solid was fairly easy to put together and looks very nice. It's made of solid wood, yes, but not oak. Again, for the price we were not expecting oak. The "oak" look is in the finish. It doesn't seem to be veneer either - to be honest, I'm not quite sure how they got the oak finish to look pretty much like... well, oak. Like mission furniture should have, there is even a slight raise to the grain.
I like to build furniture in my spare time so I was not too excited about ordering this because "hey, I could build it." But, sometimes my woodshop timeline and our furniture needs just don't synch up. This was a great solution.
I suppose it really deserves 5 stars in its price class, but I'm giving it only four because the picture is slightly misleading - the baskets are actually about 30% smaller than the size shown in the pic. No big deal, I think I even like the small baskets better.
Anyway, if you need a piece of solid, nice-looking, inexpensive furniture, this is a great bet in our opinion. We would not hesitate to order more from this seller.
