 Good Look, but...Feb 22, 2008
The first shipment came missing two bolts for assembling. Found that the Chinese manufacturer does not have an office in US and therefore not been able to get the parts. Took quite an effort to put the parts back to the box for returning to Amazon. Good return/pickup service was provided by Amazon. The replacement came. After assembly, it looks very good. But after using it for a while, we found that the lumbar support is at the wrong place, too pronounced and the whole cushion is too hard to conform to you body. So you don't get a more uniform support sitting in it. It is not quite comfortable sitting in it to watch a movie. More recently, I start to develop a discomfort in my back muscle. This has never occurred before I acquired this recliner. I wonder whether the strain in the muscle sitting on this chair has caused it.

Purchased for my office and I made a very good decision. Chair is wonderful. Took me under 2 hours to put together, the directions could be a little more clear (arm rests could be labeled for which side and what direction). Otherwise, no problems, have been enjoying it ever since. Amazing shipping time! Ordered Thursday afternoon and it was delivered the next Monday during the day without paying any or extra postage. Great deal for me.
