It is a great massage chair. It also does not take up to much space and it is light weight if you need to move it.

The chair is designed for extremely short people. The cushion has the wrong "folds" to fit the chair. And the manual has some amusing, but not very helpful phrases like: "For avoid the noise, please make sore which the Tie-Down Straps secure cushion to chair tightest." That's pure Engrish...

I just love my new massage lounger. It is extremely comfortable, has not just an AUTO setting which massages you in all its settings, but also has numerous settings to massage just about any area you want. I am most happpy, in particular, with the rolling massage setting because of its therapeutic properties ~ just like getting a real massage, in the privacy of your own home ~ to use any time you want. Because I like my legs to be elevated, I simply put a pillow under the front frame to raise the chair to the height I want. I also put cushions on it so as to keep the lounger clean and away from my body oils and perspiration. No problem there, as you can still feel the massager work no matter how many pillows or cushions you use. It gives you a strong therapeutic massage. I do not, in anyway, feel it is noisy, as some have stated in their ratings. Padding and cushioning it does lower the massaging sound, but does not take away the massaging properties, so it is not a problem, at all to do this, and does add comfort, should you want it; however, the massage cushion is extremely thick, comfortable and cool just on its own. It is important to note that massaging, in itself, is a vibration action, just like music is, so there will, of course, be some sound. It is incredibly relaxing and of top quality, which I was very surprised, considering the cheap price. The only problem is that you are so relaxed that you will not want to leave the chair. My body feels like jello when I finally get up and then I know it is time to go to bed, as that is all I can do at that point. It also has a beautiful black, looks just like leather and well~padded cushion and headrest, with stunning looks like burl wood arm rests. You can remove the padded massager from the frame and put it on the floor or take it in the bed with you, should you wish too. Overall this massager is very attractive and an ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS DEAL FOR THE MONEY, WHICH CANNOT BE BEAT ANYWHERE!!!!! THANKS SO MUCH AMAZON FOR ANOTHER AMAZING DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got my "massage chair" after a long 4 weeks. As soon as it was available, the shipping was fast and it arrived prior to the estimated date of arrival. Putting it together only took a few steps, I probably don't even need to read the instructions. However, after putting it together and tested it, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there were no actual physical motion going up and down or any movement of any direction. It is just a vibrating chair with multiple settings to simulate massaging procedures like hammering or sliding. It is "okay" but I guess I was expecting too much and from what I have read from previous reviews, I thought that it was a great buy. To make the matter worst, the vibration is really loud and annoying, I have to set it to the lowest setting to bear the noise. When watching TV, I have to turn off the massage chair completely to enjoy a show or keep it "on" but increase the volume of the TV which is unwelcome to others around me. This vibrating lounge chair shouldn't be compared to a $1500 massage chairs, it is nowhere near the cheap Homedics antigravity Shiatsu Massage chairs. The only advantage I can compare this unit to the others is its portability of folding it for stowage or transport. In addition, a full body "vibrating massage" which includes the legs and lower extremities was good. But this lounge chair would have been better if those vibrating motors were on a moving (sliding, squeezing) carriage or something similar. I am considering about returning it and get a Shiatsu massager instead.
I gave it 3 stars because of the price and portability.

Great Chair!!Dec 06, 2005
I received this chair in four days and I used standard ground shipping. So I was excited about that. Also, this chair is great for someone that works at an office all day, or has alot of tension in their back. Also, it is great on the leggs as well! I would deffinately recomend this chair if anyone is considering it! I am not sure if the woman with the first review just didn't pay or what happened with her shipment, but I just didn't want anyone else to be scared of not receiving their chair f tey ordered it. I received it in 4 days and man was I happy about that!
