So many reviews about missing parts and 'damaged on arrival' shipments almost caused me to not pull the trigger on this Queen bed frame, but I'm sure glad I did! My heart stopped when I saw the box: both ends ripped wide open, and sloppily taped back over. One of the spars was a bit scraped up (like someone had tried to assemble it previously), but the other pieces were unmarred and the bag had all six casters. It went together incredibly easy, and the support I get now is terriffic. It's like I have a brand new mattress & box spring. Great frame, I just wish Amazon/Target et al could ship them in a way that doesn't make it look like it went though WWII!!

This bed frame seems to be very sturdy and good quality, but I was unable to keep it. The first frame arrived bent and missing all four caster/rollers. Amazon quickly and efficiently picked up the item and had another frame delivered. This second one arrived today, the box was damaged and torn, part the frame was sticking out of the box. The torn box had been poorly taped together. Really quite a mess.The frame itself was bent as both ends and had been scraped up. The casters were in the box though. Anyway. This one is going back and I requested a refund. Very disappointed it turned out that way. Amazon seems good about returns and refunds though. I appreciate that.

This thing went together so simple I didnt even use one bad word...No instructions needed very easy. Im sure if I didnt get all the parts I might have been pissed but that was not the case...Very solid when assembled.

The original shipment of this bed frame was missing 1 caster, so Amazon sent me a second frame.
That frame was missing ALL casters. So, they are sending me a third frame. RIDICULOUS. My fingers are crossed that it will at least contain 1 caster so I'll have a complete set.
I'm amazed that Amazon continues to sell this item considering the problems other buyers and I are having with regards to receiving a complete product.
About the product itself - it comes with no assembly instructions, but I was able to put it together in about 10 minutes with no tools. The finish of the frame is certainly not pristine - there were some dings and scratches. But overall it is sturdy.
