Looks great. Cheap wood is used - but functional.Aug 03, 2007
I like mission furniture - I like oak furniture. This headboard is machined with precision in China from scraps of oak. Close up you can see the finger joints of the vertical boards on the sides. From a few feet away it is not noticeable. For the price I think it is an excellent deal - I'm bolting mine to the wall - I don't think it would last long if was just bolted to the bed frame - at least not in our bedroom ;') The headboard is part of a matching set of furniture that Target sells - I bought the night stands too. The whole set up looks very, very nice. Easily could be put side to side with higher end furniture that costs 4-5X as much and looks just as nice. A great bargain!
