If there are any flawed parts, good luck!Oct 20, 2007
We bought a similar product (without the lift feature) from this company. It took about 2 hours to assemble, and one of the final pieces was miscut. When we called to get a replacement part, they informed us that the table was discontinued, so they did not have replacement parts, and if we wanted a refund we had to disassemble the entire table, pack it up, and ship it back to them with a shipping label they would provide. We offered to ship a few key parts instead, they said no, we had to spend another hour of our time disassembling the table to get a refund because of their mistake.
