Packages arrived after 2 weeks and the dressor was extremely damaged due to poor packaging. The particle board was showing in all four corners of the top and all edges were worn so there was no more black paint. Very poor job packaging this item to be shipped!! We are extremely disappointed. Not to mention the time and work that it takes to get your money back in these situations!!

Packages arrived in a timely matter, however there were several scratches on the black parts of the pieces,on the edges and corners you could see the particle board showing through where the black laminate had chipped off. Without even removing the five drawer dresser from it's box, a very large visible crack was in one of the main pieces. We bought three pieces, the 6 drawer dresser, the 5 drawer chest and the nightstand, all of which had several scratches. We are only returning the one with the crack. It would be too much trouble to pack everything back up. Everything was shipped in seperate boxes. Other than the damage, I love the look of the furniute. It was kind of highly priced for particle board furniture but I have been looking everywhere for a black bedroom set.
