we ordered these chairs and were told that they HAD SHIPPED to us (made us happy)--but then they didn't arrive and finally we reached the vendor (we were unhappy) who said he couldn't GET the chairs (!?!?!?) and he would refund our charge. he did refund at that time. we do not know if this new vendor wasn't yet really on top of everything--or if we were missled. he seemed quite nice when we spoke--i liked him!

Fabulous price, great appearance . . . but these chairs are not comfortable for lounging. These are more like a good-sized dining chair, not the large chairs I envisioned for reading the morning paper on the patio. I'm perched in the chairs, not relaxed. I'd return them, but of course waited too long to set up then make a decision.

I am well pleased with my purchased. It is made of heavy wood and the arm chairs could fit into the living room they are so strudy. I would recommend the products to anyone. AAA+ for quality and price.

Great set!May 08, 2008
When I first placed this order, I was scared to death (because of a negative review) that I was only going to receive one chair. It is a PAIR of chairs, with cushions, and they are gorgeous! We ordered this set along with the coffee table and two-seater bench for an amazing patio set. So many compliments on it already! Shipping was very fast, and it was so easy to put together. Highly recommended!!

I ordered these chairs for a present for silver wedding, along with umbrella & Coffee table to match.
When i read 1st review i Panicked and ordered the Bench as well as i thought i was only getting one chair
However My brother assures me that 2 chairs were delivered he is really pleased with the quality
so he will be getting a bonus Bench in the next couple of days so he will have a nice set for his patio
