Bad choiceJun 15, 2008 Air is not staying even for single night. I could not find a way to call seller too to return.

turn away from thisJan 14, 2008 I bought this over 3 months back, it slowly leaked air the first time I used it. It does not even fully inflate well the first time. I would send it back
Poor quality junk from China. Buy something else.Dec 23, 2007 This would be a great product if it didn't leak and fall apart.
I bought the queen size mattress for use in the guest room. It's comfortable (until the air leaks out) and the velour covering does a good job of keeping a mattress pad, or blankets from sliding around. The battery powered air pump is a nice touch as well, that inflates the bed in just a few minutes. Beyond that, what a waste of money.
The bed had a leak we couldn't find, so every 2-3 days it had to be re-inflated. I was very careful about not over inflating per the manufacturer's instructions. After several days, the seams holding the top and bottom layers together started coming apart. The result was a huge and ever-growing bubble in the middle of the bed.
Despite having the cross logo and SwissGear name on the box, this product is made in China. I would suggest doing some research and spending a little extra money on something better.

poor qualitySep 21, 2007 The mattress stayed full through the night for only the first 4 uses. Somehow lost its seal and now leaks air. I've checked the entire thing thoroughly for leaks but can't find any. The mattress was used properly and the manufacturer's recommendations were followed, so it should NOT be leaking. Poor quality.
Pretty decent, but cheaper at walmart. Sep 15, 2007 I bought this airbed a couple of days ago simply because I needed something to sleep on and it's a swissgear product. So far, the bed's been fantastic. it's firm and comfortable, and like any airbed, you need to refill every couple of days.
The crappy about this product is that a few days after i got it, i saw the same thing in walmart for 20 bucks cheaper than what i spent on it.
Other than that, I'm very happy with my airbed.
