The previous reviewer is right. We ordered this table in late January, with a delivery date of March 20. In the middle of March we were told that it was completely unavailable. I'm now getting around to finding a different table and I'm shocked to see that this table is still on the website saying that it will be available in 1 to 2 weeks.

Waited 2 months to find out they can't get it???Apr 19, 2006
We ordered this table in February and got a delivery date of April 17th. We thought that was pretty ridiculous but we waited. April 17th finally came and we got an email saying they cannot get this product and the order is canceled. I find this absolutely pathetic. This product says it will be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks... don't believe it! It says it is an exclusive, well I guess it is so exclusive even they can't get it!
We ended up buying the Americana version of this table at Toy R Us. I wasn't going to wait another 2 months for Amazon/Babies R Us to tell me they can't get it for me.

Don't order this expecting to get it any time soon! Amazon doesn't tell you this, but it's on backorder. I ordered on March 20, and it's not expected to be delivered until the end of May. I am ticked, because it was supposed to be for my son's birthday in April. I'm trying to find it somewhere else online.

My husband purchased the table and chair set for my daughter's second birthday. She also got her first black eye from it. The chairs are slippery for young children. The chairs are light for carrying. My daughter carries it all around the house and uses it to get to places she's not suppose to go. The table is used for sitting on. I think it's a great product, I just wished that they had peel away grids, so that it wasn't so slippery.

My daughter (4) has had this table and chairs set for one year. The table and chairs are very sturdy (even I can sit on them...not comfortably, but without fear of them breaking). She uses the table daily for painting, coloring, projects, and sometimes meals, so it has endured a lot of wear and tear, but still looks almost new. The surface wipes clean pretty easily (except for a few stray magic marker spots...I think from the ColorWonder markers(?)). The dimensions have been a good fit for her (she is fairly petite), and I don't see her outgrowing it anytime soon. Overall the set has been very functional and durable, with a practical price.
